We started Teamli because the tools we used to run our own teams didn't respect anyone's time - not HR's, not the manager's, and definitely not the employee's. So we built one that does, and you talk to the people who write it.
Our story
Teamli started where every HR project starts.
A spreadsheet that got out of hand. Leave on one tab, sickness on another, a folder of policies nobody had read, and reviews that quietly slipped every quarter.
After speaking with dozens of owners and HR leads, our founder Chris Boyle kept hearing the same frustrations - records scattered across systems that didn't talk to each other, and software that was either too complicated or too expensive for a team of thirty.
Teamli was built to change that.
One calm, modern platform designed around how small and growing teams actually work - not how enterprise HR suites think they should. Affordable, practical, and built so managers actually open it and employees feel comfortable using it.
How we're different
Teamli is a product of Nimble IO, a UK software development company founded in 2019 with over 25 years of commercial development behind it. That matters for one reason: when you email us about a bug or an idea, it lands with the people who write the code.
No account managers acting as a middleman. No offshore handoffs. No support ticket disappearing into a queue. Small team, short path from “this would be useful” to “this shipped on Tuesday”.
We're a small, fully-remote team in the UK, and our infrastructure is hosted in the UK too.
