Encryption everywhere
TLS for all traffic in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Backups are encrypted and held in separate storage with their own credentials.
Built for sensitive records
Sickness records, fit notes and case files are special category data. Role-based permissions keep them to the people you authorise, and every access is logged.
Strict access controls
Granular role-based permissions, company-scoped data on every request, and optional two-factor authentication for every account. We log every privileged action.
You own your data
Export your records at any time. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days then permanently delete it. No hostage-taking.
99.9% uptime target
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, with automated monitoring and alerting, encrypted daily backups and a documented incident response process.
Who controls what
You are the controller of your employees' data. We are your processor, and we hold it only on your instructions under our Data Processing Agreement, which satisfies Article 28 of the UK GDPR and is available on request. We never use it for any purpose of our own, and we never use it to train AI models. Our privacy policy sets out the detail, including how we handle health data.
