Not here. Teamli is priced in bands, not per seat - £10 a month for up to 5 users, £30 for up to 20 and £50 for up to 50 on annual billing, with the full feature set included at every level. Hiring your sixth person does not change your bill, and no module sits behind a higher tier.

Starter is £10 a month on annual billing for up to 5 users, and it is not a cut-down version: every module is on every plan, from leave and sickness through to policies, performance and cases. You get the same platform a fifty-person team gets, sized for yours.

You leave, and you take your people data with you. You can export your records at any time, and you can cancel from your account settings - no phone call, no retention specialist. Access runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for.

Is there a free trial?
Yes - every plan starts with a free trial. You get full access to every module on your trial, and we'll let you know in plenty of time before it ends.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every Teamli plan - Starter through Enterprise - includes the full feature set: leave, sickness and return-to-work, policies, performance reviews, cases, dashboards and reporting. The only differences between plans are the number of included users and the storage quota.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does “included users” mean?
Each plan covers a band of people on your team. If you outgrow the band, get in touch and we'll move you to the right plan for your team size.
Will I be charged VAT?
Not right now. Teamli is not currently VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay - there's nothing extra added at checkout. As we grow and cross the VAT registration threshold, UK VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will apply to future invoices. We'll always let you know before that happens.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
Yes - we offer 30% off for registered charities, social enterprises and educational institutions. Get in touch with proof of status and we'll set you up.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees, ever. Onboarding and help importing your existing leave records and policies is included free on every plan.
How does billing work?
You'll be billed monthly or annually depending on what you choose. Annual billing saves around 20%. Payments are handled securely by Stripe and you can update your payment method at any time.
