Cookie policy
Last updated: July 2026. What cookies we use, why, and how you control them.
This cookie policy explains how Teamli (operated by Nimble IO Ltd, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on teamli.co.uk.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. Some cookies are essential, while others help us understand how visitors interact with the site.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage to remember your cookie preferences on this site.
How we use cookies
We use cookies for three purposes: to make the site work, to understand how the site is used, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to build advertising profiles.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They do things like remember your cookie preferences, keep form submissions secure, and help pages load correctly. The site cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off.
- teamli-cookie-consent — remembers your cookie preferences so you are not asked again on every page. Stored in your browser’s local storage.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile may set short-lived cookies for the security challenge.
Analytics
If you allow analytics cookies, we use them to understand how visitors find and use the site - which pages are most popular, how people navigate between them, and where things could be improved. The data is aggregated and anonymous: we do not know who you are individually, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Google Analytics (when enabled) — sets cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*to distinguish visitors and sessions. IP anonymisation is enabled. Cookies typically last up to two years.
Marketing
If you allow marketing cookies, we use them to measure how effective our marketing campaigns are - for example, knowing whether a visitor arrived from a particular advert or campaign. We do not use them to retarget you with adverts across other websites.
- Campaign tracking (when enabled) — small identifiers used to attribute enquiries to the marketing channel that brought them. Typically last up to 30 days.
Managing your preferences
When you first visit the site, you will see a banner asking which cookies you allow. You can:
- Accept all — allow all categories.
- Reject non-essential — only strictly necessary cookies are used.
- Settings — choose individual categories.
You can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer of every page.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse cookies, accept only some cookies, or delete cookies already stored. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working as expected. Guidance for the major browsers:
Third-party cookies
Some of the cookies described above are set by third parties (for example, Google Analytics and Cloudflare). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies set by external sites linked from ours.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time - for example if we add or remove a tool. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Significant changes will be reflected in the cookie banner so you can review and reconfirm your choices.
